CURLY CARLY

Someone asked me on my Tumblr what kind of hair products I use. Here goes it.

I have super super super curly hair. If you don’t have curly hair, it’s hard to understand how difficult it is to manage. Especially when you live in Florida. The humidity is crazy.

I used to straighten my hair EVERY day (since 8th grade). But the summer is the hardest thing between beaches and pools. This picture is from a family vacation in Seaside. Curly. (PS how little does Sporty Sister look!)

This year, I’ve finally begun to wear my hair natural. It’s so much easier. And takes WAY less time. This picture is from a GAME NIGHT (right amidst the snowpocolypse).

Rugby Tuesday!

This is my magic tool. Garnier Fructis Curl Shaping Spray Gel (the wave one is pretty good too). It’s perfect because you just spray it in your hair and don’t have to touch. Touching=FRIZZY LIZZY

Oh, hello straight hair.

I love my Chi. Best straightener. Hands down.

xoxo

PS Ask me questions on my Tumblr! I love it!

Thanks for posting about curly hair! I have crazy naturally curly hair and it basically has a mind of its own!! I use that curl gel too and sometimes Victoria's Secret's Wave Enhancer Spray.

Hey Car! I was wondering if you remembered which post it was that told us how to tie a scarf? I am in Paris, and apparently scarves are all the rave! I was trying to find the post, but couldn't so let me know! Thanks

I have really curly hair too, and I also straightened it everyday until this year, when I started wearing it curly because of the heat/humidity. Garnier products are amazing, but I haven't tried that one. I'll have to check it out!

OK Carly…I think you look more relaxed, confident and an au natural beauty with your gorgeous curly dark hair. You just seem to come alive and appear so happy! Just my opinion…

I have super curly hair too! after years of torture LOL i finally went for Keratin treatments last year. It was the best thing i ever did, yes its pricey but worth every penny – my curls are much more defined, leff frizzy and easier to straighten! xoxo Jenna
