Kiel is one of my most favorite people to work with. He definitely has the "It Factor." His enthusiasm and dedication are contagious... even just talking with him on the phone you can feel it! I remember the first time I saw his bracelets online and I have definitely enjoyed watching the brand grow (and take over the preppy blogosphere).
