This is great reminder to take a break from staring at a computer screen... and spend some time outdoors!
I'm off to enjoy lunch on the porch and maybe take a walk.

It is actually really sad how freaked out I was when Twitter was down. It made me really wonder why I need to be so connected all the time.
ReplyDeleteI definitely went for a run while Twitter was down :) It's sometimes scary when you realize how much time you spend on stuff like Twitter...
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking about doing a post on sneakers, because I'm obsessed with the new Asics Noosa Tri 7 pair! As for the Twitter thing, I heard a scary statistic about how our generation will spent 3-5 hours a day staring at a screen. Freaky huh?

Those are cute sneakers. I cracked up at the comment above mine ^^ because I was thinking the same thing about obviously if I had those I would work out and then immediately thought..nahh wearing them running errands sounds better :)

Luckily I was babysitting today, so I missed the whole fiasco. When I got home, though, I went for a bike ride (I'm not much of a runner, I have terrible knees!) then jumped in the pool and swam some laps! It definitely feels rewarding and renewing when you exercise!
