shopbop reading list

I accidentally stumbled on Shopbop’s collection of books on their website and I nearly fell out of my chair. I have seriously fallen in love with coffee books as of late. I thought that the few I picked up when I first moved into my apartment would be enough. Nope. It was kind of like starting down a very, very slippery slope.
I walk past a Barnes & Noble on the way home every night from the subway. Normally (thankfully) it’s already closed by the time I get home. But if I get home early enough, it takes every ounce of willpower I have to not go into the store. I have zero self-control around pretty books (and frankly books in general).
Shopbop calls them “Books With Style” and I absolutely must agree with them here! These books have major style.

I narrowed my selection down to these five, but let me just put it out there that it was not easy! All of the books are either beautiful, quirky, simply interesting, or some sort of combination of those. Take a spin through the Shopbop Books With Style section of the website and let me know what you think.
Which one(s) would you get?

xoxo
PS Can we discuss how shopping on Shopbop in general is dangerous? The best designers ever… eep! Such a test of will power!
Speaking of which… I think I really need these flats

These Shopbop books are adorable! My favorite has to be the "How to Dress for Success." I may have to order one, they'd make great gifts too!

Ah! I stumbled across the Fashion Bites book in Barnes and Noble, bought it for my boyfriend's mom, and we were howling! Such a great little book when you need some snarky inspiration!

Anthropologie also has a great book selection. I love giving friends who expecting (I can't believe I'm old enough to know people having children) "This Little Piggy Went to Prada". It's hilarious! I also love all of the fashion fairytales such as Lacroix's "Sleeping Beauty" and "The Elves and the Shoemaker" by Manolo Blahnik.

Totally swooning over the Mario Testino Kate Moss book! Another one you should check out that's great (but not on ShopBop) is the Tomboy Style book.

I also absolutely cannot control myself around bookstores! Despite the fact that my un-read book pile seems to grow weekly, I simply cannot stop myself from buying more books. It's a blessing and a curse I guess 🙂

Shopbop is a dangerous site to ever go on! I just went shopping on there last night.. but I have to take a look at their book section, which I didn't even know existed!
