Okay, so I might totally be late to the game here... but I accidentally stumbled on this while I was pinning. So...
You know how normally when you use the Pin It image and click the image you want, it pins with the title of the jpeg. Well, if you highlight text within the post, beforehand the text becomes the caption.
Well that made my day.
