A few weeks ago, I was invited to visit the new Warby Parker retail store! Oh my gosh, I absolutely jumped at the opportunity. I've been to the showroom (slash headquarters) for a meeting once, but I had been anticipated the new retail store's opening.
When I started seeing images pop up online, I just couldn't wait to see it in person.
How beautiful is this space? The Soho store is basically perfection. No detail was forgotten!
I went in before the store opened so it was empty... but let me tell you, the minute that store opens, it's filled with people! Popular.
The store is so modern... and so retro. At the same time. One part Mad Men, two parts doctor's office, a dash of the 21st century, and a spritz of a library. A wonderful blend, if you ask me.
Did I mention that there was a photo booth? Consider me sold.
These are the Ainsworth pair!
I went in the other day for an actual eye appointment. Even though it's going to the eye doctor, it was really cute and super quick. And you can pick out the glasses right there!
The books... oh the books.
Not in NYC? Warby Parker offers at-home try on. You pick out five pairs and they show up at your house. You can post photos of yourself on social media and have friends weigh in... and then you order online! It's really great-- totally redefining the eyewear industry.
My two favorite pairs:
What do you think of Warby Parker? Have you tried on a pair?
