What To Do In NYC

| TOP 10 NEW YORK |

Although I’ve only lived in New York (specifically, the West Village) for 3 years, I can confidently say that my favorite spots were quickly acquired. Below are just a few! From a super-chic nail salon to mesmerizing museum exhibits, enjoy this list of Manhattan must-sees.

A quick coffee pick-me-up at: Happy Bones in Soho.
Tortoise spoons, striped straws, and marble tables. Need I say more?

Fiesta time! Step into Mexico City at: Tacombi fonda Nolita.
Transport yourself to summer with their verde juice, crispy fish tacos, and guacamole.

The most unique margarita are can be found at: The Wayland in the East Village.
Get a dose of greens with your tequila!

Get inspired at a museum: Hall of Gems at AMNH on the UWS.
Far better than Cartier or Tiffany if you love sparkly rocks!

Try on all of the baubles at: Ginette NY in the West Village.
If you love a good lace monogram, you’ll die over Ginette.

Create your own flower bouquet at: The Meadow in the West Village.
Take your pick from fresh blooms, imported sea salt, and gourmet chocolate.

People watching prime time: Chelsea art galleries.
Stroll through the west side and see modern art (as well as super stylish gallery-goers).

Get polished at: Ten Over Ten in Tribeca.
Chanel and NARS polish, iPads instead of magazines, and plush armchairs. A no-brainer for nail lovers! I recommend the original Tribeca location.

The best macarons are from: Francois Payard on the UES.
Carly and I both agree that they are the best in the city!

Gather the girls for brunch at: Reynard at The Wythe Hotel in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Order the french fries and cinnamon toast for the perfect Sunday meal.

I love to find new places to explore in the city, and I actually am not very familiar with the West Village, since I live on the UES, so this is a great list! I obviously need to try Francois Payard, it's right near my apartment and I've clearly been missing out. I thought Laduree's macarons were the best in the city but we'll see how these stack up!

I've been just itching to go back to NYC, I cannot wait for June to come when I can go back.

Brilliant list! My roommate and I just booked our first trip to NYC for Spring Break this year…some of these places will DEFINITELY be on our list! Any other suggestions are always welcome. 🙂
