Meesh’s Mother’s Day Picks from Anthropologie

One of my mom’s favorite stores is Anthropologie. We actually love going together, even if we don’t have anything to purchase in mind. There’s a gorgeous location in Hyde Park and a simple drive by to take in the windows is enough to get our creative minds going! It’s a rare day we walk out empty handed… at the very least our “want” list has grown by a few items.
For this post, I thought it would be extra fun to ask my mom to put together her picks for this post. If you’re wondering what a cute, fun mom would want for Mother’s Day, look no further. She picked out ten things she believes a mother would love to receive and gave me a cute little quote about each.
Appetizers book // “The perfect resource for last minute get togethers!
Palms Tote // “Oooh. The fringe tote. So modern and fun for beach days and shopping trips.”
Casentino Coin Pouch // “Practical, pretty… everyone needs one!”
Jeannette Necklace // “This is really pretty, isn’t it? She can wear it from the farmer’s market to a rooftop dinner– it’s perfect for all occasions.”
Regione Cheese Board // “Classic and timeless… just like mom.”
Leather Passport Case // It’s a must-have accessory for those fun trips abroad.
Metalwork Hurricane // “Geometric patterns are really, really popular. It’s the new ‘it’ shape!”
Silk Caftan // “This is a total splurge. It’s just a beautiful dress and is flattering for every woman!”
Faceted Gem Vase // “Sending flowers is nice, but receiving a gorgeous vessel for year-round enjoyment is divine.”
Makeup Brushes // “For the mom who has everything, this is the ultimate splurge to pamper your mom EVERY day.”
This ended up being great research for me. Now I know exactly what to get her, ha! Shop even more great Mother’s Day gift picks below:

PS So many people ask me why we call my mom Meesh. Her initials are MYSH and also her name is Michele, so a lot of her friends call her MYSH pronounced “mish.” At some point, my sister (I think?) started calling her Meeeeeesh instead of MYSH and it just stuck. Now everyone calls her Meesh, except for a few people who call her Coco (short for cookie, but that’s a whole ‘nother story).

Awesome ideas, my mom loves Anthopologie too! I love that cheese board! Also, I love that you call your mom Meesh! My best friend's name is Michelle too and I've called her Meesh for years so it just seems natural for any Michelle to be a Meesh! 🙂
