Scallops on Scallops

I have to start this post with an apology. The dress I’m wearing already sold out. But it’s so good that I had to post it still– and you can sign up for the waitlist. They’ve already re-released it after it sold out the first time, so I’m hoping Draper James brings it back again! The more email addresses/interest they get, the better. I’m hoping they do it in a few colors, definitely black, maybe a dark green, and a light pink.

It’s truly one of those dresses that I think would be flattering on nearly every body type.

I definitely will wear the dress this summer with sandals, but I dressed it up for a work appropriate look. Even though I don’t go into an office every day, I do like to have dresses like this on hand for conferences and certain kinds of meetings.

I also love the scallop trim on the dress so much that I grabbed my new scalloped tote. (This is not sold out and it’s under $50!!! Buy it; you won’t regret it.)

The inside is a gorgeous blush. I know I wouldn’t carry a pink tote as much, but it did make me sort of wish I got the blush one too.

Do you think the tote is sturdy enough to hold a laptop? I have a MacBook Pro!

Also I am totally LOVING scallops right now too 😀

PARIS - The College Prepster

[…] I put Paris on my “wanderlust” list for the year and frankly assumed I’d never be brave enough actually to go. But, I’ve decided that while I know I’ll never be a great traveler let alone a non-anxious traveler, I can learn how to lean into my fear more and just deal with it. (Easier said than done, but I’ll keep you posted, haha. I’ve already started daily positive thinking in preparation.) […]
